“That nice feeling when you look in the mirror, and your hair’s right for the first time in your life.”
I was reading Perks of Being a Wallflower, and as a forgetful reader, I usually jot down lines I find sweet or striking to remind myself how the book was for me. And I found that line really amusing! So me! :)) I very seldom have the good hair days. Unfortunately, I don’t have the perfectly straight and silky hair that my sisters have. I had it curled twice already, the last time was two years ago. So I guess all that’s had those chemicals have been cut off, and now it’s just all dry and dull. My fix? An instant bun! Just like I was still schooling or working as a Nurse.
That Friday, I let it down when I got back to work from my 3-hour break. And look! My hair is alive! With that big beach waves and that bounce. Well, I can’t let a time like that go on without documenting, so vanity stroke. Just please don’t mind the eyebags and the chubby cheeks. And I’m thinking, should I have it digitally permed, or let it be with its natural waves? What do you think?
On to the outfit. Well, pardon the camera-less, photographer-less me. And the working area isn’t really a nice ‘backdrop’, so Instagram is the only solution. And a post like this is all I can do.
GAP tee. Just G necklace. F21 skinnies. Missy (for kids) flats.
Yes, I’m the basic and classic type of dresser. I hope you liked it anyway.
Now, I got to get my a** out of this bed, and buy me my medicines. Good night, now! 🙂
